Despite the re-run of the 2011 Australian Wingless Sprint Championship in Brisbane this weekend, a field of Victorians who were unable to make the trip to the sunshine state will compete at Horsham’s Blue Ribbon Raceway in the annual Queen’s birthday long weekend speedway carnival. |

Wingless Sprints will yet again be part of Blue Ribbon Raceway’s speedway carnival on the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. Originally only scheduled for the Saturday program, the Wingless Sprints will now compete over two days – Saturday June 11 and Sunday June 12. |

Wingless Sprints will now compete at Nyora Speedbowl on Sunday June 26 for the final round of the Victory Lane Gippsland Challenge. The Nyora round has been washed out on two separate occasions already this season, with both the track and Wingless committee eager to complete the four rounds. |
